If I’m based in Canada, how can I install the Dropship Beauty app?
If you are based in Canada, make sure to have your store currency set under “American US Dollars“. Since we are an Atlanta based company, we will be charging our products in USD.
If you need to learn how to do so, you can follow the steps below.
- Login to your Shopify account.
- Go to “settings“.
- Scroll down until you see “store currency“. Choose “US Dollar (USD)” as the option.
- Click “save” after.
Once the process is complete, give it about 15-30 minutes for the information to update all throughout to your store. You should then be able to install the Dropship Beauty app after.
If you also would like to update the Canada shipping rate based on our costs, you can refer to the information below:
Canada standard shipping is $35 for 5-7 business days.
If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)
** Please note: Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Regulations are enforced by Canada, and these fees are outside of our shipping costs. Please click here for more information.
