We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Digital Products
All digital products, including websites, are non-refundable once the website development process has begun.
If you have any questions about these products, please contact us directly first to make sure what you will be receiving is clear.
You can cancel your Dropship Beauty App subscription anytime from within your Shopify Admin dashboard. Please note this does not warrant a refund of website development fees or any subscription fees.
Only the specific changes to your site will be made that are included in this website package to keep the cost of the sites down. If you would like for us to make additional changes outside of this, it will be determined at the time of request if we can assist with the custom development.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
