How are my custom branding items stored?

We have bins assigned with custom branding numbers to keep all branded items organized.

Each person with a pro membership will be provided a bin for their branded items.

After we assign you with a reference number (whether you purchased custom branding materials from us or you decide to send your own), all orders processed from the app will automatically ship out with your reference number, moving forward. Therefore, our shippers will be notified to include any branding materials stored in your bin.

Please note that each customer will be assigned to a reference bin with the given dimensions below.

The dimensions are 14 x 15 x 7.5 inches.

If you are planning to send us your branding, please make sure they can within the dimensions of the bin. Otherwise, we cannot accept branding items that overflow the bin. We are currently limited in branding space, and we do not offer any additional space for an extra cost. As we expand our space overtime, we will update our customers if the option for extra space becomes available.
