Can I change the shipping address of an order BEFORE I process it on the app?

Yes!

You can edit the customer’s shipping address if there are any last minute changes that you must make.

Whether the customer needs to correct the shipping address or if you plan on having the package delivered to your location instead, you must edit the shipping address BEFORE you fulfill the order on the Dropship Beauty app. 

Otherwise, the order will ship with the default information once processed.

To change a customer’s shipping address, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Shopify account.
  2. Go to “orders” and select the order that you would like to fix.
  3. When you are on the selected order page, edit the shipping address located at the right side of the page under “customer“.

4. Click “save” afterwards. Please wait a few minutes for the shipping address to update on our app after.

Once you’ve changed the shipping address, give it between 5-10 minutes for the order’s shipping address to change on the Dropship Beauty app. After the new address updates on the app, you can then process the order with its new settings. Pretty simple!

Keep note that an order’s shipping address cannot change AFTER you fulfill the order on the app.

Our company cannot alter any more information on an order once we receive it . We will need to cancel and refund an order, if anymore changes are required on a paid order from the app.
