I’m trying to process an order, but it keeps giving me an “unknown error”. What should I do?

If you are having problems trying to fulfill an order on our app, make sure that you completely understand the process first.

If you followed all the steps but you are still receiving an “unknown error“, please send us an  email through support@dropshipbeauty.app with a screenshot of the order that you having issues with.

Once we receive your email, we will forward the issue to our developer. 

The developer will then take a look at your account to see what the possible technical issues are. After the developer gives us an update on the matter, we will message you back as soon as possible with the required solution.

You are more than welcome to ask any questions or concerns in between while we try to solve the issue.
