How does the tracking number get sent to my customer?

The Dropship Beauty App provides a seamless tracking number integration.

Here is how it works.

Once you pay for your customer’s order within the Dropship Beauty app, the same order information will transfer to our shipping system.

After our team ships the order, the shipping system will then update the Dropship Beauty app with your customer’s tracking number.

*** Please note: FEDEx orders cannot be scheduled for pickup at their fulfillment centers.

The Dropship Beauty app will then update your Shopify store with the tracking number. Your Shopify store will also provide the same tracking number update for both you and your customer via email.
